In a landmark gesture that demonstrates his total commitment to education and youth empowerment, Hon. Kanmi Ajibola, the Honourable Member representing Oriade State Constituency in the Osun State House of Assembly, has officially disbursed bursary awards to deserving students of Oriade Local Government.

The well-attended event, held at Ijiku Hall, Ijebu-Ijesa, brought together respected leaders, party stalwarts, community figures, and student representatives from across the local government. The atmosphere was filled with joy and gratitude as students from every ward of Oriade benefitted from the bursary, following a transparent and inclusive screening process that ensured no ward or community was left behind.

The bursary initiative, which Hon. Ajibola personally facilitated, is designed to cushion the financial challenges faced by students in their academic pursuits, while also strengthening the bond between the political leadership and the younger generation. In his address, he reaffirmed his belief that investment in education is the most sustainable way to secure the future of Oriade Local Government and Osun State at large.

He emphasized that this initiative is not a one-time effort but the beginning of a long-term commitment to supporting students, nurturing talent, and building capacity for leadership among the youth.
