Nigerian reality star Josephina Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, has advised her fans to avoid marriage.
Phyna, the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 6, shared this perspective on social media, drawing from a recent disturbing experience. She urged her followers to “say no to marriage.”
When a fan asked what prompted her stance, Phyna recounted witnessing a severe incident of domestic violence.
On her X handle, Phyna wrote, “Say no to marriage.”
In response to a fan who questioned her reasoning, she explained, “I just saw a man beating his wife. I joined others trying to stop him, but he was uncontrollable. The incident left me deeply disheartened about marriage.”
