Unlock Success in 2025: Fadojoe Urges Immediate Action and Strategic Planning

Faduri Oluwadare Joseph, founder of Rescue Movement

Fadojoe, leader of the Rescue Movement for New Nigeria (also known as Rescue The Vulnerable Initiative) and former presidential candidate under the Labour Party, stresses the importance of intentional planning for success. He emphasizes that anyone who has not already mapped out a plan for 2025 should take the time to do so, as a clear plan is key to achieving progress in the year ahead.

In a recent broadcast on his official YouTube channel, Fadojoe, a nurse based in the USA, shared that he received numerous messages wishing him a “Happy First Sunday of 2025” and a “Happy First Sunday of the Month.” While he acknowledges the positivity of such greetings, he challenges his followers to reflect deeper, asking, “What is your plan for this year, 2025? Will you continue the tradition of casual greetings without using the time effectively to move forward?”

Referencing the adage “He who fails to plan, plans to fail,” Fadojoe urged his audience to create SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) goals. For those who have yet to establish a plan, he encourages them to not only devise one but also to write it down, detailing the specific actions they will take and the commitment required to see it through. He warned against simply joining the crowd with empty well-wishes, urging instead that people reflect on their past mistakes and make the necessary changes to progress.

Fadojoe also pointed to notable examples of success in 2024, such as Aliko Dangote, who began constructing a refinery at the start of the year and had it operational by its end. “That’s progress,” he said. He also mentioned individuals who started businesses, began their studies, or embarked on new family journeys—all examples of meaningful growth.

Reflecting on 2024, Fadojoe challenges his followers to consider their own achievements, asking, “What did you accomplish last year? If you didn’t achieve what you hoped, now is the time to take control and plan for success in 2025.” He concluded by urging everyone to start planning now if they haven’t already, as the foundation for a successful year begins with thoughtful preparation today.
