Ademola Lookman Turns Down Napoli, Focuses on Inter Milan Move

Napoli has reignited their pursuit of Ademola Lookman, presenting a contract proposal to the Nigerian attacker. However, reports from Gazzetta indicate that the Atalanta winger is set on joining Inter Milan exclusively.
Both Gazzetta and Corriere dello Sport highlight Napoli’s entry into the competition alongside Inter to secure Lookman’s signature.
Corriere dello Sport reveals that Napoli has offered Lookman a salary of €5 million per year, which is slightly higher than Inter’s offer of €4.5 million annually, as noted by Gazzetta.
Despite the lucrative Napoli offer and interest from Atletico Madrid, Lookman is reportedly firm in his decision to only consider a move to Inter this summer, according to The Pink Paper.
Lookman has already reached an agreement with Inter on a deal worth €4.5 million per year until 2030, with a salary increase to €5 million expected over time at San Siro.
Inter continues negotiations with Atalanta, aiming to bring down the club’s €50 million valuation. Transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà reports that performance-related bonuses will play a significant role in the final agreement.
Meanwhile, Napoli have reinforced their squad by signing Noa Lang and Lorenzo Lucca, with plans to add another winger before the transfer
window closes.
