Transforming Ifewara: Hon. Adeoye Emmanuel Temitope Launches Public Appeal for Investors.

In a passionate call for development, Hon. Prince Adeoye Emmanuel Temitope has urged investors, philanthropists, and public-spirited individuals to seize the opportunity of history by bringing critical infrastructures to Ifewara, Atakunmosa West Local Government Area of Osun State.
“I stand today as a son of the soil and as a passionate advocate for sustainable community development, to call upon investors, philanthropists, public-spirited individuals, corporate organizations, and institutions of progress to join hands with us in repositioning Ifewara, Atakunmosa West Local Government Area of Osun State.”
Speaking on the urgent needs of the community, Prince Adeoye emphasized that Ifewara, though blessed with industrious people, fertile land, and a strategic location, continues to lag behind in essential institutions that can unlock its full socio-economic potential.
He outlined three pressing areas of investment:
1. A Bank (Commercial or Microfinance):
To provide safe and easy access to financial services, empower farmers, traders, artisans, and entrepreneurs, and reduce the risks of traveling long distances for banking.
2. A Radio Station:
To serve as a powerful tool for education, cultural preservation, grassroots information, and youth empowerment while creating new jobs in the creative and media space.
3. A Tertiary Institution (College of Health, University of Agriculture, or University of Science & Technology):
To give youths access to higher education closer to home, attract research-driven innovation, and stimulate economic growth through student activities, staff settlements, and related enterprises.
Hon. Adeoye stressed that Ifewara is a fertile ground for sustainable investment:
Strategic Location: Well-positioned within Osun State and surrounded by vibrant communities.
Peaceful Environment: An investor-friendly town with a hospitable population.
Readiness for Growth: Availability of land, human capital, and a youthful population eager for opportunity.
“This call is not just for Ifewara,” he said, “it is a call for the future of Osun State and Nigeria. Whoever rises to support us with these infrastructures will be remembered as a builder of destinies and a partner in progress.”
He appealed to government agencies, private investors, philanthropists, and visionary individuals to key into this golden opportunity to transform Ifewara into a hub of commerce, education, and communication.
“Invest in Ifewara today, and secure a lasting legacy of impact.”
