Benue Government Withdraws Supreme Court Case Against EFCC and ICPC

The Benue State Government has formally retracted its legal challenge against the legitimacy of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) at the Supreme Court.
In a related development, Barr Fidelis Mnyim, the state’s Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice and Public Order, continues to be suspended from his position.
An application submitted on October 23, 2024, confirms the withdrawal from the case identified as Suit No.
