Bobrisky Sues VeryDarkMan for ₦1 Billion; See Reasons

Nigerian internet sensation Bobrisky has filed a ₦1 billion lawsuit against social media influencer VeryDarkMan, according to News360 Nigeria.
The lawsuit alleges that VeryDarkMan released a voice recording, purportedly created by artificial intelligence, that misattributed statements to Bobrisky.
In a statement, Bobrisky issued a 24-hour deadline for VeryDarkMan to retract the claims and issue a public apology. If this demand is not met, Bobrisky warned that further legal action would follow.
Bobrisky’s legal team is confident in their case, highlighting issues of defamation and malicious intent associated with the dissemination of the AI-generated audio.
This lawsuit is part of Bobrisky’s broader effort to safeguard her reputation and address the spread of misinformation online.
