Nobody Cares About Fine Girls In The UK, I Miss Nigeria — Nigerian Lady Laments
A Nigerian woman recently shared her heartfelt feelings on social media about how tough it is to work in the UK, even as a beautiful woman. She revealed that unlike back home, being attractive doesn’t get you any special treatment, and she now longs for Nigeria.
In a deeply emotional video, she paused, visibly upset, before breaking down in tears. Speaking in Pidgin English, she said, “8 to 8, 12 hours… your body will complain.” She followed with a bittersweet laugh and quietly signed off.
Her message was clear: no matter how good-looking you are, hard work is unavoidable. Many have taken her words to highlight the contrast between Nigeria and the UK, where beauty might open doors back hoame but doesn’t lessen the grind abroad.
