Rivers: “We Are Not Barking Because We Understand” – Fubara

Governor Fubara recently hosted leaders and stakeholders at a New Year banquet, where he shared a message about focus and understanding.
He said, “Don’t be distracted by the noise around us. A dog only barks when it doesn’t understand what’s happening. If the dog knows you, it doesn’t need to bark. So, when you hear barking, it’s usually because there’s confusion.”
The governor added, “We are not barking because we understand our path. We know where we are going and have put everything in place to make the journey smooth and successful.”
