See How Terrorists Ambush and Kill Five Policemen in Katsina

Five police officers were killed in an ambush by terrorists in Jibia LGA, Katsina State.
The ambush happened last Sunday as the officers were returning from their duty post in Zandam village to the Jibia council headquarters.
Reports indicate that four officers died at the scene, while a fifth officer succumbed to injuries at the Federal Teaching Hospital in Katsina.
The assailants seized five AK-47 rifles from the fallen officers.
The Katsina Police Command has yet to issue an official statement regarding the attack.
However, a security report confirmed the incident, describing the area as high-risk and advising against travel on the highway.
Despite government efforts, there has been a surge in terrorist attacks in Katsina.
