MFM Tops Nigeria in First-Class Graduates, Says Dr. Olukoya
Dr. Daniel Olukoya, the General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), announced that the church has produced the highest number of first-class graduates in Nigeria.
During the church’s 35th anniversary celebrations on Sunday, Olukoya presented awards to 492 first-class graduates from the ministry. The initiative, which began in 2011, aims to inspire excellence among the church’s youth.
The anniversary event, themed ‘Power from On High,’ commenced on August 16 and concludes today, August 18, with a thanksgiving service and holy communion.
Olukoya explained, “We have been motivating our members to excel academically. I believe MFM leads the nation in producing first-class graduates. The initiative started in 2011 with a promise to reward first-class achievers with cars. Initially, 19 students received cars, but as participation grew, we began offering monetary rewards due to the high number of achievers. This year, we honored 492 graduates.”
Notable attendees at the event included Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun, and Delta State Governor Sherrif Oborevwori.
