A disturbing incident unfolded in Aba, Abia State, during a heavy downpour earlier today. A large billboard collapsed onto several tricycles (commonly known as “keke”), reportedly trapping multiple people underneath.

The situation was brought to public attention by a Facebook user, Uwaoma Susan Joseph, who alerted a local blogger about the incident. Her emotional reaction to the event was captured in a social media post, where she wrote:
“Just look at what happened at Salad Market in Aba… Jesus! There are people inside those tricycles!”
The incident has since sparked concern across social media, with many calling for urgent safety inspections and preventive measures for outdoor structures in the city.
