THE NEXT OSUN STATE GOVERNOR WILL BE A LOYALIST OF THE PRESIDENCY.

I rarely commit my pen into a paper on Osun State matters these days but I am compelled to inform my family on this noble platform that the winner of the next captain of Osun State helms of affairs will be decided from Aso Rock and bankrolled with anything in everything to make a statement of political and administrative genealogical nativity of Mr . President for the below reasons.

One ,the President is a former close ally of the former Governor,Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola and at present not friendly anymore. Things fall apart. The Presidency is seeing the contest as one between Mr President and the Former Governor. Planting ADC in Abeere will be annoyingly fought by the Presidency because those behind the Party are considered weeds that must be uprooted, therefore for Governor Ademola Adeleke to be involved in the struggle against presidential animosity is too risky for the Governor. The terrain will attract more penalties for the Governor.Presidency wants to settle scores.

Historically former Governor Rauf Aregbesola was strong because of Asiwaju. He made him the Commissioner for Works in his time as a Governor of Lagos State for eight years ,fought legal battle for three and half years in Osun State Election petition Tribunal and he ruled for eight years and later became Minister. He was so trusted. He controlled the Mandate of Asiwaju in Lagos. Today Asiwaju is the President. All the structures in Lagos and everywhere has been crippled sadly. When last did any politician takes photograph with him. Everyone is scared. That’s the irony of life. The ephemerality of influence and loyalty when attacked is damning. Any credible candidates will avoid any alliance with him sincerely to avoid Aso Rock Buildozer.

The President genealogical connectivities with Iragbiji. Winning Osun State back will make Iragbiji more stronger politically and former Governor Gboyega Oyetola Boys will be actively involved.

Thirdly the moment the Governor defects ,those who left PDP because of the misunderstanding they have with the state government will team up with Presidential team in ensuring Osun State aligns with federal government politically in victory.

The Business of the family is being licensed by the federal government,Dr Deji Adeleke is a Business Man and he would not want to trade his business with anything destructive. The Governor is nobody without Dr. Deji Adeleke in everything. Options will be weighed.

History of most state elections has been going the way of APC in Victory.

No synergy between Oyo State Governor and Governor Ademola Adeleke in ideology and political nexus to wrestle opposition.

The performance index of the current administration has been locally crippled on the withheld local government allocation. Grassroot has been emptied and tied uncontrollably. Little inducement to local by federal resources will buy instantaneous loyalty. There is a wide margin between hunger and fasting.

Psychologically belief in aligning with Aso Rock is high for survival.

It is not certain if the Governor defects that the entire PDP will go with him. Few members will join him but the Party structure will work with Presidency because the CENTRE of PDP can no longer hold in the absence of authentic Secretary and Elephants fights at the top.

The Governor of Osun State current loyalist are his immediate family which is Adeleke Dynasty. The family investment is above sentiment. Bourgeoisie are friends of the ruling party.

Those that have detected earlier will work as agents of the Federal government. They are at an advantage.

Loyalty to a Party whose leadership crisis has created things fall apart has rendereed unity of purpose ineffective.

In view of the above, the fate of Abeere considering several indices favours the ruling party ahead of the election. The federal might controls INEC, the Police, the voters inducement,class conflicts already,no credible opposition and scores to settle by the federal might on ADC and all former allies of the President. The game is a clear one
