OSUN FA CONFIRMS PROSTAR MERCURIAL AS OFFICIAL MATCH BALL OF SMARTCITY OSUN STATE FOOTBALL LEAGUE
*OSUN FA CONFIRMS PROSTAR MERCURIAL AS OFFICIAL MATCH BALL OF SMARTCITY OSUN STATE FOOTBALL LEAGUE*
The Osun State Football Association (Osun FA) is pleased to announce Prostar Mercurial as the Official Match Ball of the SmartCity Osun State Football League.
Prostar Sports was previously unveiled as the official match ball provider for the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), reflecting the growing presence of the Nigerian sports brand in domestic football.
As part of efforts to improve the technical standards of the SmartCity Osun State Football League, the Osun FA encourages all participating clubs to acquire the Prostar Mercurial football for their training and practice sessions ahead of competitive fixtures.
Regular training with the official match ball will help players familiarise themselves with its weight, feel, movement and playing characteristics, enabling them to adapt more effectively during league matches.
The standard office price of the Prostar Mercurial football is ₦12,000 per ball. However, in support of the SmartCity Osun State Football League, Prostar Sports has approved a special discounted price of ₦8,500 per ball for participating clubs.
The Association urges all clubs to take advantage of this concession and incorporate the official match ball into their regular training programmes.
The Osun FA remains committed to raising the standards of football in the state through improved competition management, strategic partnerships and initiatives that promote the technical development of clubs and players.
We appreciate Prostar Sports for supporting the SmartCity Osun State Football League and contributing to the development of football in Osun State.
