Portable Declares Grammy Aspirations Amid Feud with Davido

The ongoing social media feud between controversial singer Portable and his colleague Davido has intensified with a new series of accusations and actions.

Portable recently criticized Davido after the latter unfollowed him on Instagram. The conflict began when Portable accused Davido of giving him misleading advice during a recent dinner in the United States. According to Portable, Davido, who is signed with Sony Music, advised him not to join the same label but to sign with Empire instead. Portable perceived this as an act of sabotage, believing that aligning with Sony Music, like Davido, would better support his Grammy aspirations.

In response to Portable’s public statements, Davido unfollowed him on Instagram. Portable then asserted that he does not need Davido’s support or followership to achieve success or win a Grammy.

In a video posted on his Instagram page, Portable declared, “They tried to destroy me and quickly unfollowed me because I stopped being beneficial to them. Whether you help me or not, I will do my tour; whether you follow me or not, I will collect Grammy.”
