OSUN APC PARTY TREASURER KUJEMBOLA ACCUSES ACCORD PARTY OF STAGING ILESA ABDUCTION, DENIES OWNING BRANDED SIENNA

OSUN APC PARTY TREASURER KUJEMBOLA ACCUSES ACCORD PARTY OF STAGING ILESA ABDUCTION, DENIES OWNING BRANDED SIENNA

– Osun APC Deflates Accord Party’s Lie

The lies, falsehoods, propaganda and subterfuge employed by the embattled Governor Ademola Adeleke to administer the state and subsequently misinform the members of the public to discredit the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) towards the forthcoming 15th August, 2026 governorship election have been exposed.

It would be recalled that the leadership of the deregistered Accord Party under which Governor Adeleke is seeking re-election in the forthcoming governorship election has been accusing the opposition APC party of being behind the rampant spate of purported violent attacks on some of the members of the challenged ruling party in the state in the past few weeks.

The latest of such purported attacks was the one that allegedly took place at Okesa area of Ilesa on Wednesday evening whereby two members of the Accord Party,  Mr Kasumu Simiyu and Mr. Dagunduro Iyiola, were said to have been beating to stupor and later abducted by some political hoodlums in a branded Sienna car bearing the name of Honourable Femi Kujembola, the state APC Treasurer who doubles as the party’s chairman, Ijesa-South Federal Constituency Campaign Committee.

Refuting the allegation, Kujembola disclosed that he wondered where the peddlers of the falsehood that he branded a Sienna car got their information from as he does not even own a Sienna car to talk less of branding one.

He challenged the Accord Party’s handlers and their members peddling the falsehood that he branded a vehicle to be bold enough to provide the vehicle as he couldn’t have branded a vehicle in his dream.

Kujembola stated that politics in a democracy should not be a do-or-die affair and that it should be driven by the rules of law, reminding Governor Adeleke that his days as the chief executive officer of the state are numbered as he is a monumental disappointment to the people of the state.

He explained further that he could not now adopt violent approach to politics and politicking which has never been his characteristic since his foray into partisan politics decades ago.

The Osun State APC Treasurer was wondering if he could own a Sienna car without him knowing that he is having one, adding that the development is a pointer to the fact that Governor Adeleke and his cohorts in the deregistered Accord Party have been stage-managing the reported incidents of violent attacks across the state in order to whip up sentiment for cheap political gains which has fallen flat.

Kujembola stated that the arranged incidents of violent attacks by the Accord Party’s handlers in Osun State should provoke a thorough investigation by the police with a view to arresting and prosecuting the sponsors and their foot soldiers who have been disturbing the public peace of the state all because of politics.

It is not logical  that members of a political party would be going round the state in a branded vehicle with a mission to attack members of another party, knowing full well that the identity is not shielded.

Those who are thinking for Governor Adeleke and his deregistered party have failed woefully in their mission to sell a dummy to the unsuspecting members of the public that the APC has been responsible for the past violent activities in the state.

Instead of Governor Adeleke to work for his re-election, he has been looking for a short-cut to achieve unmerited victory which has become an impossible Utopia as the discerning people of the state have discovered that he has nothing remarkable to add value to the 34-year-old state.
