The police prosecutor, Supol Stephen Molo, told the court that the defendants committed the alleged offences with others now at large.
He told the court that the offences occurred on April 30, 2024.
Molo said the trio fraudulently obtained N6.5m from Rena Africa, located at No 6, Rosenje Street Gbagada, Lagos State.

He said, “I humbly apply that bail be granted to the second and third defendants in most liberal terms.”
Consequently, Magistrate Williams granted the defendants bail in the sum of N3m each and two sureties each in like sum.
