Boluwaduro LG Staff Arrested Over Alleged Theft of Government Property

A staff member of Boluwaduro Local Government, Mrs. Olaojo Felicia, was apprehended by security operatives on Monday at the council secretariat after she was allegedly found in possession of government-owned items.

According to reports, the arrest followed suspicion that the staff member was attempting to unlawfully remove official documents and other government property from the premises through the perimeter fence. The incident reportedly took place shortly after she resumed work earlier in the day.
Security personnel, acting on intelligence and observation, intercepted her and recovered the items found in her custody. She was subsequently handed over to the police for further questioning and investigation.
Authorities say appropriate action will be taken in line with established procedures as investigations continue.
